BBQ Chicken Cheese Wraps

Easy and Delicious BBQ Chicken Cheese recipe for Kids and Snack Time.


  • Chicken 300 gm boneless cubes
  • B.B.Q sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 and ½ tbsp (crushed and chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion for garnish 1

For Sauce

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 150 gm
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)

For wrap (Roti):

  • All purpose flour(Maida) 2 cup
  • Oil/butter for frying
  • Salt to taste


For Wrap:

  1. Knead the All Purpose flour with water and salt to form a smooth dough.
  2. Make balls of the kneaded dough.
  3. Roll out with rolling pin and make  chapatis for wraps.
  4. Heat a Tawa/pan and cook it from both sides until half done.
  5. Now spread a little oil/butter on both sides and fry till slightly golden.

For Filling:

  1. Put  chicken cubes, garlic, B.B.Q sauce, lemon juice, oil and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a wok.Now fry it till tender and white.
  3. Place a burning coal in the center of the wok on aluminium foil or bread.
  4. Drizzle a little oil on coal, immediately cover tightly and let it sit for 5 minutes.Remove the bread and coal from
    chicken mixture.

For Cheese Sauce:

  1. Put cheese and milk in a pan and cook it till cheese melts and mix well.
  2. Now add cream with black pepper and cook it for 1 – 2 minute.
  3. Turn off the heat.

Assembling BBQ Cheese wraps :

  1. Now place some chicken on a paratha.
  2. Drizzle some cheese sauce over it.
  3. Roll it and cover with aluminium foil or tissue paper.
  4. Serve hot with Green chutney /ketchup/Garlic Mayonnaise Dip.
