- 100 gm yogurt beaten
- 2 onions, peeled
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 green chillies (optional)
- Coriander leaves(hara dhaniya) chopped 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chillies and cucumber into small pieces, and add to the yoghurt.
- Gently mix to ensure that the yoghurt coats all the vegetables.
- Add salt and Garnish with coriander.
- Kachumber is best served chilled and goes well as an accompaniment to Biryani/Pulao.
