Ingredients

  • 100 gm yogurt beaten
  • 2 onions, peeled
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green chillies (optional)
  • Coriander leaves(hara dhaniya) chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, green chillies and cucumber into small pieces, and add to the yoghurt.
  2. Gently mix to ensure that the yoghurt coats all the vegetables.
  3. Add salt and Garnish with coriander.
  4. Kachumber is best served chilled and goes well as an accompaniment to Biryani/Pulao.
