- Dry Red Chilies – 6-8
- Garlic Pods – 8-10
- Tomato – 1 medium
- Tamarind paste – 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Seeds/Jeera – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water – 1-2 tbsp
- Soak Dry red chillies in lukewarm water for 30 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend into smooth chutney.
- Add water in small quantity only if required to make a smooth paste.
- Garlic Chutney is ready to serve with snacks.
