Tomato Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Dry Red Chilies – 6-8
  • Garlic Pods – 8-10
  • Tomato – 1 medium
  • Tamarind paste – 1 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds/Jeera – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 1-2 tbsp

Method

  1. Soak Dry red chillies in lukewarm water for 30 minutes.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend into smooth chutney.
  3. Add water in small quantity only if required to make a smooth paste.
  4. Garlic Chutney is ready to serve with snacks.
